Warranty Policy

UPRUBE adheres to strict product quality standards and provides reliable after-sales warranty services for all global customers. We guarantee that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal daily use conditions.

Warranty Period

All UPRUBE household storage and sealing machines enjoy a 12-month global official warranty from the date of customer receipt. During the warranty period, free maintenance, part replacement and after-sales technical support are provided for non-human faulty products.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty service covers all functional failures caused by original factory quality problems, including but not limited to circuit failure, abnormal startup, sealing function failure, automatic sleep malfunction, and factory assembly defects. We will provide free repair or replacement service after official verification.

Non-Warranty Terms

The following situations are not covered by the free warranty service:

  • Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification or self-repair of the product;
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by improper use, non-compliant operation or immersion;
  • Product wear and aging caused by long-term high-frequency use (excluding functional failure);
  • Damage caused by man-made collision, falling, or external force extrusion;
  • Damage caused by irresistible factors such as natural disasters and voltage instability.

For warranty inquiries and technical support, customers can contact our official customer service team with your order number and product photos/videos. We will respond within 24 hours and provide professional solutions.
